So, what exactly does Hathaway Weddings provide for your Wedding?

Pre-Event Consultation: 1 – 2 hours
This is where we first meet to find out about what it is that you are looking for. You will be asked several questions that will help give us an idea of what your overall vision is for your reception. You will also get answers to any questions you have. Together, we will discuss what is important to you and how your vision will become a reality.

Music Research and Organization: 2 – 3 hours
Making sure that all your favorites and specific requests are on-hand is very important. If there’s something not in our database, we will go out and get it. In some rare cases, if a song selection or request is not commercially available or hard to find, we may ask you to provide a copy if we’re unable to obtain it.

Creating The Event Agenda: 2 – 3 hours
We will check-in with you regularly to offer assistance through the planning stages. We are here to serve as an advisor to you, offer advice and suggestions, and answer any questions you have along the way. Once the planning is completed, we take everything and produce a formalized agenda for the day.

Final Event Consultation: 1 – 2 hours
Within a month or so before the event date, we will set up a time to go over all the event details, either by meeting or to discussing by phone. This is the point where you get to put your final seal of approval on everything.

Rehearsing / Event Preparation: 2 – 3 hours
We take the time necessary to learn details of the event agenda as best as possible to have as clear of a picture of day’s agenda as possible. This process involves doing a virtual walk-through of the agenda (ex: rehearsing name pronunciations for the Grand Entrance).

Also, depending on the degree of detail involved, there may be additional time and preparation required (customized Grand Introductions, Interactives (if planned / desired), etc.)

Setup / Breakdown / Travel / Pre-Event Coordination: 4 – 5 hours
We arrive 1 ½ to 2 hours before your event to ensure adequate set up time, take the time to coordinate with the event staff and other wedding professionals ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Performance: 5 – 8 hours

Depending on your needs, we can provide music for your cocktail hour, music and sound reinforcement for your Wedding Ceremony, and musical entertainment for your reception.

Total Time Invested: 17 – 26 hours
As you can see, pricing is not based solely on playing music for 4-to-6 hours. The total time invested into your special day goes well beyond that and doesn’t include the unforeseen / incidentals along the way, plus all the little things being done behind the scenes. You will never see any additional or surprise fees, unless the nature of the service changes.
